the CRA ceased transferring info from corporations annual returns to the Ontario corporate registry.
Ontario's new Not-for-Profit Corporations Act (ONCA) is in force and the Ontario Business Registry was launched. ONCA introduces a statutory duty of care for Directors which requires them to exercise reasonable care, diligence and skill.
